Overview
Intel hired Twistlab Marketing to create an employee value proposition (EVP) in order to help with employee retention and recruiting. After winning the RFP, Lon W. Schiffbauer, Penny Bivens, Ahmad Kareh, Shannon Smith, Susan A. Schiffbauer, and I conducted internal research, drew conclusions, and presented our suggestions which we passed along to Intel over the course of a year.
My role in this project consisted of curating presentations & proposals, collecting and coding data from focus groups, and brainstorming strategies based on our findings alongside project leads.
